Trevor joined Leonard & Martens in 2021 and is a lifelong Alaskan. He graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with degrees in accounting and finance and has continued to advance his professional education by earning the CFP®, ChFC®, and CEPA® designations. These credentials allow him to serve clients from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds.
As leader of the Leonard & Martens Investment Committee, Trevor oversees the team’s investment selection process, continuously reviewing performance and risk exposure. He presents opportunities and recommendations to the team on a quarterly basis to ensure portfolios remain aligned with the office’s investment philosophy.
Trevor takes pride in delivering comprehensive financial planning services that extend beyond investment management. His approach emphasizes investment performance, fee awareness, tax efficiency, and capital preservation. Every client Trevor works with receives a formal financial plan designed to evolve alongside life changes, providing clarity around cash flow and long-term financial objectives.
Committed to the community, Trevor serves on the board of Junior Achievement Alaska, is involved with the Construction Leadership Council of the Associated General Contractors of Alaska, and volunteers with youth hockey programs. He is also the co-founder and president of PKU Alaska, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting the PKU community and advancing medical research to improve treatment for PKU.
Before entering the financial services industry, Trevor worked as a Project Engineer with Davis Constructors. He brings a strong work ethic and team mentality to Leonard & Martens, shaped by his lifelong involvement in hockey and his role as founder of the Midweek Master’s Golf League in Anchorage.
In his free time, Trevor enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and daughter, hiking, skiing, fishing, and playing golf.
